Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione- Riding Driving India

EDITORIAL REVIEW
The Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione is the high performance version of the premium compact Fiat 500 hatchback. The Fiat 500 was launched in India a few years ago, but its high price tag limited sales. This time around Fiat is again aiming for small numbers, but in a different way.
The company knows that the Abarth 595 Competizione is really rather expensive for a hatchback in this country, no matter its performance and appeal. What this should result in is creation of a brand image that will seek to give Fiat a sporty notion in the country.
And rightfully so, as the Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione packs in a busy 1,368cc, four cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine developing a maximum power output of 160PS and 230NM of max torque. This in a car that weighs 1,155 kg means that performance is more than exhilarating. The Abarth 595 Competizione in India will be offered with a five-speed automated manual transmission.
The Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione ofcourse packs in as much character through its appearance as it does in its engine. The car is hunkered down to the road, its wide bumpers and sporty side skirts combined with its 17 inch five-hole sporty alloy wheels, black roof, big rear spoiler and twin exhausts combined with those Abarth badges makes for quite the eye ball grabber indeed.
Expect the Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione to be priced in the range of Rs. 27 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh (ex-showroom).
